Dreaming of Purls

Hello everyone, welcome to my first product review! Today we are going to feature Dreaming of Purls. It is a home based shop that makes and sells the finest crocheted hats here in Clarkston, WA. They have been in business for approximately 8 months, but in the short 8 months they have grown so much and have sold their wonderful product to people all over the country.

Chasidy, the owner, will be embarking on a new adventure this year with her business. She has purchased a spinning wheel to make her own yarn. Soon she will be able to crochet her lovely creations with her own homemade yarn, and be able to sell the yarn to other crochet enthusiasts. Chasidy started her business out by making hats to sell at craft fairs and has been doing that for 7 years now. She then realized that this is something she could do year round and came the business, Dreaming of Purls.

Dreaming of purls specializes in character hats. Her best seller happens to be the Hoot owl hat, which is the item we are reviewing (and giving away on Friday!!). This hat is so cute and can be made in Newborn, Baby, Toddler, Child, or even adult size. The hat photographed well and was soft. It was a great prop for these newborn pictures. Chasidy has some great plans for new products in 2012 and has also helped me with the wonderful hats you have been seeing on Vintage Buttercup. I have the hoot owl hat for my daughter as well and she loves it! Which is so funny because she won't wear anything else on her head (not even headbands, sad I know!)
